Order Cancellation Policy



• The customer has the right to modify the order if the order status is under review.


• The customer cannot cancel the order if the order status is “In progress and delivery”, “In progress”, or “In progress” because all product costs, shipping, tax, payment gateway fees, and related matters have been paid.

  • The order cannot be cancelled after the shipping label has been issued or it has been handed over to the delivery representative.
