The products shown are available for immediate delivery from our warehouses within Saudi Arabia. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays), and shipping time is not included. A tracking number will be issued to the shipping company within 1 to 3 business days after the order is handed over.
Riyadh Orders: When choosing the shipping company “Immediate Delivery”, delivery is immediate depending on coverage and availability.
Shipping time starts from when the shipping company receives the order and issues the tracking number, and is estimated: within Saudi Arabia 1–5 working days, the Gulf 3–10 working days, international 5–15 working days, and the time may increase in seasons/offers/pressure or when ordering more than one item.
We strive to prepare and deliver your orders as quickly as possible, and we thank you for your trust and understanding.
1- The product must not be used at all, as it will not accept the exchange of any used or damaged product.
(The product will be inspected and verified by us).
2- Keep all product accessories in their original condition.
3- Exchange within one day of receiving the order (we can find out the time of receipt).
4- Replacement Method: The customer delivers the product to the nearest branch of the shipping companies and bears all shipping and re-export costs (the export fees for the product to be replaced are set at an amount of 30 riyals, payable in advance to issue the replacement policy, while the shipping fees for the replacement product are paid directly to the shipping company upon receipt).
5- In the event of a substantial manufacturing defect in the product, we will bear all shipping and re-export fees within the Kingdom for the product, and the product will be replaced for the customer (glue and excess thread are not considered a manufacturing defect - in the event of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated with a new product), provided that the customer informs the store within one day of receiving the order.
6- There is no return for products that arrive with the same order; the customer can exchange them.
7- There is no shoe trial and return policy.
8- There is no policy of shipping two sizes and choosing the appropriate size.
9- We cannot issue a shipping statement when exchanging the product or shipping it to our headquarters, if the product is available by order from outside the Kingdom or shipped to outside the Kingdom and we cannot acquire the product ourselves.
10- Transactions made through the installment payment system Tabi, Tamara and Madfoo are non-refundable, only exchange is allowed.
11- The store is not liable for any compensation due to delays or damage to products or accessories during shipping, as we ship products with their accessories in perfect condition. The store also disclaims responsibility for any missing supplementary accessories or gifts, as it is not obligated to ship them in full and bears no responsibility for any missing items, since they are provided free of charge. The customer can contact the shipping company in case of damage for compensation, and notify us so we can file a complaint to expedite the compensation process.
12- If a product is unavailable, the store reserves the right to remove it from the order and ship the remaining products to the customer, deducting the cost of the removed product or refunding it. A non-refundable fee of 8% will be applied to installment payments, and a 3% fee will be applied to payments made via Mada, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The store also reserves the right to ship orders in parts if the products are available in more than one of our warehouses located throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13- The store reserves the right to change the shipping company if it is in the best interest of the order (for example, to expedite shipping). After the order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for tracking it with the shipping company to ensure timely delivery. If the customer does not receive a tracking number, they should contact the store to obtain it.
14- The store is not responsible for your failure to receive the shipment on time for any reason, nor is it responsible for any complaints regarding shipments received from shipping companies. If the shipment is returned to the store, we will reship it to the customer with a new shipping fee payable by the customer to the shipping company upon receipt.
15- Clothing, makeup products, and skincare sets cannot be returned as they are available by order from outside Riyadh.
16- Riyadh Orders (Cash on Delivery):
•When the delivery person arrives, please check the entire order (size, color) while they are there.
•If the product does not suit you, you can return it with the delivery person directly before he leaves and pay 40 riyals for his trip.
•After the delivery person leaves, the order cannot be returned, but you can exchange it within one day for 20 riyals for the exchange delivery person.
