1- The product must not be used at all, as any used or damaged product will not be accepted for replacement.
(The product will be checked and verified by us).
2- Keep all product accessories in their original condition.
3- Replacement within one day of receiving the order (we can know the time of receipt).
4- Replacement method: The customer delivers the product to the nearest branch of the shipping companies and bears all shipping and re-export costs (the export fees for the product to be replaced are set at 30 riyals, paid in advance to issue the replacement policy, while the shipping fees for the replacement product are paid upon receipt directly to the shipping company).
5- In the event of a material manufacturing defect in the product, we will bear all shipping and re-export fees within the Kingdom for the product, and the product will be replaced for the customer (glue and excess thread are not considered a manufacturing defect - in the event of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated with a new product) provided that the customer informs the store within one day of receiving the order.
6- There is no return for products that arrive with the same order (the customer can replace them).
7- There is no try-on and return policy for shoes.
8- There is no two-size shipping policy and choosing the appropriate size.
9- We cannot issue a shipping policy when replacing the product or shipping it to our headquarters, if the product is available upon request from outside the Kingdom or shipped outside the Kingdom and we are unable to purchase the product from us.
10- Transactions made through the Tabby and Tamara installment payment systems are non-refundable, only exchangeable.
11- The store does not bear any compensation due to delay or damage to products or accessories during shipping, as we ship the products with their accessories in good condition. The customer can contact the shipping company to be compensated by them, and inform us to file a complaint on our part against the shipping company to expedite the customer compensation process.
12- The store has the right to delete an unavailable product and ship the remaining products to the customer and deduct or refund the value of the deleted amount to the customer.
13- The store reserves the right to change the shipping company if this is in the interest of the order (for example, to expedite the shipping process). After the order is shipped, the customer will follow up with the shipping company to ensure timely delivery. If the customer does not receive a message with a tracking number, they must contact the store to provide them with the tracking number.
14- The store is not responsible for your failure to receive your shipment on time for any reason, nor is it responsible for any complaints regarding the receipt of shipments from shipping companies. If the shipment is returned to the store, we will reship it to the customer with new shipping fees, which the customer will pay to the shipping company upon receipt.
15- Makeup and skincare products cannot be returned as they are available upon request from outside Riyadh.
16- Riyadh orders (cash on delivery):
•When the representative arrives, please check the entire order (size, color) while he is there.
•If the product does not suit you, you can return it to the representative directly before he leaves and pay 40 for his trip.
•After the representative leaves, the order cannot be returned, but you can exchange it within one day for 20 riyals for the exchange representative.
