Order Cancellation Policy


The customer is entitled to request modification or cancellation of the order only if the order status is under review and processing has not yet begun.

The order cannot be cancelled after its status has moved to "In progress" or "In progress and delivery" or "In progress ," in order to start the processing procedures and pay the costs related to the product, shipping, tax and payment gateway fees.

The order cannot be cancelled after the shipping label has been issued or the order has been handed over to the delivery representative.
